Gift Card FAQs

  • We ask for your credit card as a backup—just in case. Let’s say your gift card covers a few months of your subscription. Once that amount is used up, your credit card will be charged for any remaining balance to keep your care uninterrupted.

    Example: You have a $100 gift card and select a $25/month plan. You’re covered for 4 months. On month 5, your card will be charged the regular monthly fee ($25). No hidden charges—just a smooth transition.

  • Absolutely.

    Here’s how:

    Log in at dashboard.myrihealth.com

    Click on “My Subscription”

    Enter your gift card number and update your billing details

    Your new plan or credit will kick in right away—no need to start over.

  • Yes, gift cards are valid for 12 months from the date of purchase. We recommend using it within that time to make the most of your support plan.

  • Yes! When buying a gift card, just enter their email and your message—we’ll send the card straight to them. They can activate it whenever it feels right.

  • Gift cards can be applied toward any Myri subscription plan. Whether it’s monthly or annual, your care is covered. Use it to track symptoms, connect with our care guides, or just get the kind of support that feels made for you.

  • Once a gift card is applied to an account, it’s non-refundable and can’t be returned. So make sure everything looks good before hitting “Apply”—and reach out if you have questions before redeeming.
