I first used Myri after my endometriosis excision surgery in 2020 when in person pelvic floor PT was limited. It helped me get back to my workout routine fairly quickly without feeling like I was starting from scratch again.

Fast forward to November 2022, I started using the app after having my first baby via c-section. It was super helpful in aiding my recovery and feeling confident to gradually increase my workout routine.
